- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of the revitalization of the area around the Sokolovna building in Moravska Nova Ves and the revitalization of the park in the direction of MikulΔice. The purpose of use is to create a set of public spaces serving the inhabitants of the municipality and their visitors to use publicor semi -public space for pedestrian movement, stay in the fresh air in the green, short -term recreation in the shade of trees, to play, sport and cultural actions depending on the location of the space. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is definedwhich is part of the tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as "ZP") - Part III Technical Conditions. Building objects are divided into two separate bills in PD for the purposes of drawing subsidies from various subsidy programs, the technical solution of the construction does not affect this division. They will be with the supplier for this reasonTwo sub -contracts concluded, each of which will be linked to a specific bill of quantities (VV) corresponding to the relevant subsidy program and its provider.
