• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is:
  preparing and submitting an application for planning permission to the building authority and securing all necessary binding opinions/statements/consents of the authorities concerned, including the preparation of additional surveys (hereinafter also "PDPZ") in the sense of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Construction Act, as amended (hereinafter only "StZ");
  (hereinafter also referred to as "1st partial fulfillment - PDPZ")
  -documents of negotiations with state administration bodies, opinions, consents, or decisions of the concerned state bodies will be part of the prepared PDPZ administration prescribed by special legal regulations and incorporation of comments and decisions into PDPZ (hereinafter referred to as "Engineering activity");
  (hereinafter also referred to as "2nd partial performance - Engineering activity")
  - preparation of the awarded budget according to the PDPZ so that the contracting authority can submit a possible request for a subsidy to the PDPZ;
  (further also as "3rd partial performance - Awarded budget")
  - provision of a license for the processed project documentation and its material capture, for the entire duration of the protection of property rights arising from the authorship of the selected supplier
  The subject of the public contract is specified by:
  - Contract for the work (Annex No. 1 Tender documentation),
  -Energy feasibility study (Appendix No. 2 Tender documentation),
  - Geological and hydrogeological survey (Appendix No. 3 Tender documentation),
  - Construction design (Annex No. 4 Tender documentation),
  - Focus of the Horšovsky Tyn elementary school area (appendix no. 5 Tender documentation),
