Description of the contract: The subject of the works of a set of buildings is a) Processing of notice of intent pursuant to § 6 and documentation pursuant to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. about the moveenvironmental impacts. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSP. b) Construction Project.doc. for a joint permit, which specifies the subject of the Works to such an extent that it can be discussed in the construction company. and grounding control, obtain valid social permission. vc.authorization notification personu, ensuring the execution of the Author's supervision during construction and activities of the OSH coordinator when working on the construction site in the preparation phase including the processing of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. c) Processing and submission of a request for the issuance of a company permit according to Act. 183/2006 Coll., Act on Spatial Planning and Building Council, in allof the required documents, as a result of which a company permit will be issued. d) Construction. A project document for the implementation of the construction, which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in detail, which specify the subject of the work to such an extent that it is the basis for the selection process for the construction of the construction.
