Description: The subject of the public procurement is the repair of immovable cultural monuments, building - buildings no. 4 in Holesovice market, so that it will be revitalized to its original state. All historically made non-genuine extensions will be removed. Under the southern extension, cellar space will be built for the location of the technical facilities and warehouses. The size of the new basement does not exceed the original boundaries of the Bready Object. Food & beverage is available in the building. At the ground level, the restaurant and kitchen, washrooms and other necessary facilities are solved. The restaurant is designed for 300 seats, capacity is about 300 - 500 lunches and about 200 dinners.
