- The subject (basic purpose) of the public contract is to secure a construction contractor for the construction of a multi-purpose sports facility with facilities and a grandstand for the Tatra Smichov Rugby Club located on the grounds of the park. No. 4673/6, 4673/7, 4673/8, 4673/9 in the cadastral territory of Smichov, municipality of Prague, in the form design & build, where the general contractor will also provide related project and engineering activities to the client together with the construction works, in particular the processing of the relevant project documentation.
The contracting authority points out that the selected supplier will be obliged to cooperate in the implementation of the public contract with the lessee of the sports complex Rugby Club Tatra Smichov, z.s., with headquarters at Ε tefanikova 1/65, Smichov, 150 00 Prague 5, ID: 496 29 018, for the purpose of ensuring the smooth functioning of selected parts of the complex affected by the implementation of the public contract.
