- The subject of the Work of a group of buildings is:
a) Processing of the notification of the plan according to § 6 and documentation according to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. on environmental impact assessment. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSP.
b) Construction Project.doc. for a joint permit that specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent, aby it was possible to discuss it in the construction company. and zoning proceedings, to obtain valid social permission. incl. authorization notification by a person, ensuring the performance of the Author.supervision during the construction and activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
c)Zprac. and submission of an application for the issuance of a company permit pursuant to Act no. 183/2006 Coll., Act on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a joint permit...
d) Shotov. Project.document.for the implementation of the construction, which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in detail, kthey specify the subject Works to the extent that they are the basis for the selection of the construction management.
