Description:
The subject of the public contract "Revitalization of Liberec - Česka Lipa (outside)", 2. Stage is:
a) Making project documentation for the construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent thatPermitting the project (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the notified entity in the phase of issuing the authorization of the intention and activities of the OSH coordinator at work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of OHS on the construction site and manualmaintenance. The Contractor will cooperate in the issue of the relevant decisions in their legal force.
C) Project makingDocumentation for construction (PDPS), which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the work to such an extent to be the basis for the selection procedure for the construction, including conformity assessment or suitability for the use of interoperability or ECon the verification of the subsystem announced by the entity.
