Description of the contract: As part of contract A, demolition work will be carried out on the building of the originally one-storey cultural house with a restaurant, on which the completion and extension of the accommodation part was started in the 1990s. The construction plan was never completed and the building has not been used since this unfinished reconstruction and the cottage. In addition to the building, a part of the adjacent service road and parking areas will be removed
