- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of performance includes mainly the reconstruction of the road in Karoliny Světlá Street, the construction of new sidewalks, new parking spaces, their drainage. Adjusting the connection to neighboring side roads, construction of paved areas for waste containers, parking at the shop, reconstruction of public lighting, landscaping around the road and new city furniture and small architecture. The proposed revitalization is in line with the nature of the territory to the extent according to the project documentation.
