- The subject of the public contract is services consisting in the development of a proposal (architectural study) and subsequent project documentation, which will deal with the revitalization of the former school building and its transformation into a sustainable multifunctional building corresponding to the current energy standard. ApproxThe building needs to be turned into a safe, pleasant place to stay that will serve the residents of the village and other visitors well.
Part of it is the solution of the park area and its continuity with the nearby surroundings in the center of the village of Předklašteři. The plan is one of the main long-term plans of the municipality, which is supposed to bring a solutionappropriate connection of the village square with the adjacent park.
