Description:
The subject of the public contract is the comprehensive revitalization of Dvořak's quarter in the city of Jemnice, including the reconstruction of street space including roads and sidewalks with the conversion of the site into a residential zone, construction of new parking spaces, unified sewerage and water supply system incl. connection, installation of urban furniture and landscaping. The implementation concerns a total of six streets with a length of approximately 1.46 km and its goal is to ensure a safe, barrier-free and functional transport and residence zone for the residents of this residential part of the city. The client points out that part of the submitted project documentation also includes implementation of public lighting, which is not the subject of this public order. The implementation of public lighting will be ensured by the company EG.D a.s. In the same way, the subsequent care of planted greenery is not the subject of a public contract.
