- The aim of the work is to build ETCS L1 LS and GSM-R technological elements that will intensify the safety of traffic on the track. GSM-R in the entire Chlumec nad Cidlinou - Trutnov section, ETCS only in the Stara Paka - Trutnov section (Revitalization of the Chlumec nad Cidlinou - Trutnov line, ETCS and GSM-R), further implementation of the change in standardsm, regulations, information system, supplementing the security of central crossings, preparations for ETCS, GSM-R, updating POV and especially the proposal of provisional (temporary) local control of individual ŽST. safety project and waste management according to the requirements listed below. It will also be done acactualization of measurement statements and the general budget, including updating of the ZP (Revitalization of the Chlumec nad Cidlinou - Trutnov line).
