Description: The competition is the processing of architectural-urban-transport proposal to revitalize the bus station in Dvur Kralove nad Labem. The existing bus station located on the specified territory is in a completely unsatisfactory state, on the lifetime. The primary assignment is the design of a new dignified bus station. Secondary is the establishment of a wider urban and transport concept of the territory.
The proposal should respect the economic opportunities of the contracting authority. The contracting authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 144 (3) (a) (e) the law states that the level of investment costs (bus station + other necessary investment for its operation, including transport connection, parking according to standard requirements and parking for wheels) is CZK 70 million without VAT in prices according to the standardized quotation system for December 2020 .
