TITLE: Revitalization of building No. 4 - Exchange, Prague Market in Holešovice - Part 1

Description: The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is the repair of the immovable cultural monument, the building - building no. 4 in the Holešovice market, so that it will be revitalized to its original state. All historically performed unoriginal extensions will be removed. Under the southern extension will be built a cellar space for the location of technical facilities and warehouses. The size of the new basement does not exceed the original boundary of the demolished object. Restaurant facilities are to be established in the building. On the ground floor level there is its own sales area of the restaurant and kitchen, washroom and other necessary facilities. The restaurant is designed for 300 seats, capacity is about 300 - 500 lunches and about 200 dinners. The 1. Part of the Public Procurement, which is the subject of this tender, will include the total reconstruction of the building No. 4 - the stock exchange, with the exception of the implementation of the gastro equipment and with the exception of the construction of the beer economy. The detailed definition of the 1st part of the public contract is stated in the tender documentation and its annexes.
