- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the revitalization of the brownfield for the Diana pension in a Design & Build (design and build) manner. The revitalization envisages the preservation of the greater part of the foundations and load-bearing walls in the 1st floor. The positions of the holes in the walls will be shifted and the existing wooden paneling will be removed. Roof and truss construction it will be completely removed and a new one will be built. The wooden ceiling above the 1st floor will also be removed. A new floor will be built in the space of the existing mansard. The building will have a new insulation system and a ventilated facade.
