- Revitalization and capacity increase of ZŠ Klecany
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is construction work involving the revitalization and capacity increase of the Klecany elementary school in the town of Klecany in the Central Bohemian Region. The area of the elementary school consists of a total of 7 (seven) pavilions. Pavilions A - E are in usefor the operation of the elementary school. Other buildings are the Gymnasium and the Basic Art School building. The school pavilions were connected to each other by external stressed corridors, which were largely dismantled in stage 0.A. For the time being, the pavilions are connected by a walkway without obstruction, only the corridor is obstructednear the school dining hall and pavilion D. Considering that this is a functional area of the school under construction, the land is well connected by transport and equipped with all engineering networks. In the area, two objects will come together and this will connect all objects into one whole. The setting on object E does not change in any wayhigher than the surrounding buildings and is designed in the same architectural spirit as the rest of the buildings in the area. Even the construction of new buildings F and G will not surpass the surrounding buildings in the area or outside it.
