- In order to ensure the legal obligation to ensure the prevention of leakage of the cooling medium into the atmosphere and to ensure ecological safety and compliance with the Environmental Act based on the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) No. 517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases (hereinafter referred to as the "EU Regulation") According to stopof Act No. 483/2008Sb is an operator of air conditioning systems with F-gas filling, or regulated substances, obliged to ensure a leak check by certified workers (not related to equipment maintenance and service) and this for applications containing at least 5t CO2 eq. of F-gases or 3kg RL. Fulfillment will be realbased on a telephone agreement between the customer (person in technical matters) and the contractor, for a period of 36 months from the conclusion of the contract with gradual fulfillment. The maximum possible payment is CZK 300,000 including VAT, after reaching this amount the agreement will be terminated.
