- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of laboratory equipment, which for the purposes of this contract means the retrofitting of the clean laboratory listed in Annex No. 1 of the documentation, for a detailed description of the technical requirements of the requested goods and equipment supplied as a whole, see Annex No. 1 of this ZD. Included in deliveryy is also the provision of services consisting in the installation of the equipment and its commissioning, as well as the services listed in the Business Terms and Conditions in the form of a binding draft contract (see Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation).
