Description: The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as “VZ”) is to ensure retraining according to the law
435/2004 Coll., On Employment, as amended, for applicants and job seekers. Retraining will be implemented on the basis of framework agreements concluded with only one supplier for each part of the public contract. In accordance with Section 35 of the ZZVZ, the VZ is divided into 35 parts. Pursuant to Section 101 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, suppliers may submit offers for one, several or all parts of VZ (to exclude doubts, the supplier can submit an offer to only one part or can submit several offers to different parts or can submit offers to all parts) .
