Description: The subject of the public contract is the implementation of retraining courses pursuant to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment. In accordance with Section 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the public contract is internally divided into 39 parts. The purpose of the tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. ZZVZ on the performance of retraining courses with one winning supplier for each individual part of the public contract. Suppliers can submit offers for one, several or all parts of the public contract within the meaning of Section 101 (2) of the Public Procurement Act (to exclude doubts, the supplier can submit an offer to only one part or can submit several offers to different parts or can submit offers to all parts ).
