- RETINAL LASER FOR EYE DOCTORS INCLUDING POST-WARRANTY SERVICE
Description of the order: The subject of the public order is the supply and installation of a new device, including accessories, and the conclusion of a service contract to ensure post-warranty service, transport to the destination, assembly, installation and commissioning of medical equipmentdevices, instruction according to ยง 61 of Act No. 89/2021 Coll., on medical devices, as amended by later regulations and Act No. 268/2014 on diagnostic medical devices in vitro, performing all necessary prescribed work during the warranty period as recommended by the manufacturer in accordance with Actthat c. 89/2021 Coll. on medical devices, Act c. 268/2014 is about in vitro diagnostic medical devices and the CSN 62353 standard (primarily PBTK, possibly calibration, verification or other prescribed service activities, electrical inspection of medical devices with a permanently installedand power cable), conclusion of a service contract to ensure after-warranty service min. for a period of 4 years.
