Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of resuscitation and transport beds for the needs of the individual departments of the regional hospital T. Bati, a.s. 4b ZD for part 2 vz) and in Annex 5 ZD - Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 5a ZD for Part 1 VZ and Annex No. 5b ZD for Part 2 VZ).
In accordance with Section 35 of the Act, this public contract is divided into two (2) parts, and a separate offer must be processed and submitted for each individual part (each individual part of the public contract will be self -evaluated and assessed). A separate purchase contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for one or both parts of the public contract.
