Description: The subject of the public contract is the supply of new (not refurbished) medical devices and equipment (3 pcs of linear accelerators, 3 pcs of breathing control for linear accelerators, retrofitting of the receipt and supply of radiotherapeutic information system) Operation and operation of the operator with the aim of equipment (restoration) workplace with a set of medical devices of instrumentation. Part of the subject of the public contract is the provision of contractual full service security for 10 years (of which 2 years of free warranty service + 8 years of the flat monthly payment after the warranty period).
The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 101 of the Public Procurement Act, so the participants are entitled to submit only an offer involving all items of the subject of performance of the public contract.
