• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the restoration of the monumental sculptural-architectural composition of the Marian Column in Znojmo in accordance with the restoration survey. This is an immovable cultural monument registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic of the Republic under the registry. No. ÚSKP 28106/7-6944. A more detailed technical and technological description of the individual components of the subject of this public contract, including the restoration survey and itemized budget, forms an appendix to the tender documentation. The supplier is obliged to respect the following binding public law decisions: - Binding opinion no. MUZN 218852/2022 of 21 December 2022 incl. addition - attachment No. 4 of the draft contract for work The restoration work will be continuously consulted with the experts of the National Institute of Monuments, of the territorial specialist workplace in Brno and the Department of Education, Culture and Heritage Care of the Municipal Office in Znojmo. After the restoration, a final restoration report will be prepared, which will have the requirements set out in accordance with § 10, paragraph 4 of Decree No. 66/1988 Coll., as amended, which implements the Act on Monument Care (Act No. 20/1987 Coll., on State Monument Care) and will be handed over in both paper and electronic form.
