Part of the subject of performance of the public contract is the provision of contractual full service security for 10 years (of which 2 years free of charge warranty service + 8 years flat monthly payment after the warranty period).
The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of Section 101 of the Public Procurement Act, so the participants are entitled to submit only an offer involving all items of the subject of performance of the public contract.
