- The subject of the contract is the delivery of one Blade server and the relevant software licenses.
a detailed description of the required configuration and numbers contains Annex 1 of the contract called: Technical specifications of the server. The client points out that the Blade server must be fully compatible with the existing ChassisdellPoweredge MX7000.
Part of the contract is:
- Delivery of original and new devices,
- delivery of the manufacturer's confirmation of the fact that the supplied hardware is designed for the Czech market, comes from the official distribution channel and meets the relevant technical standards and legislation valid in the Czech Republic,
- deliverySoftware licenses according to the specification specified in Annex 1 to the contract called: Technical Specification of Server A
