Description: The subject of the concession is the commitment to the supplier to operate for the client's restaurant restaurant in the building of the Historic Innc. m. Prahy and entrusted to the Administration of the City of Prague. The historic building was reconstructed in the public interest. The Supplier undertakes to provide services for the contracting authority in the form of operation of the restaurant with the kitchen, while the consideration will consist of the right of benefits resulting from the provision of customer service. The supplier shall bear the operational risk (§ 174 odst. Increases). The Contractor will also pay the contracting authorities to carry out their entrepreneurial activities, ie rent. The supplier's commitment will be its share of the initial investment on equipment and finishing work. The supplier will also provide management and maintenance of the building and organize cultural events. The subject of performance is specified in the tender documentation on the sponsor profile.
