• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is the continuous supply of extra light heating oil (hereinafter referred to as "TOEL") to above-ground storage tanks (2x 35,000 liters) for the needs of the contracting authority in the expected amount of 300,000 liters for the duration of the validity of the Framework Agreement.
  TOEL must meet the quality parameters and conditions specified in the Framework Agreement, which is Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation (usable as fuel for heat production in Bosch boilers with Weishaupt WM-L 20/2-A burners, version T.- 3LN).
  The goal of the implementation of the public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement between the contracting authority and one selected supplier for a fixed period, no longer than until January 31, 2027, on the basis of which the contracting authority will subsequently, in accordance with § 132 paragraph 4 ZVZZ, continuously conclude individual purchase contracts (orders), the binding sample of which is Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation for the above-mentioned subject of performance.
  The indicated expected volume of deliveries is only indicative, it does not have to be be exhausted (but not exceeded) and the actual volume will depend on the client's current operational needs.
