- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the provision of rehabilitation and reconditioning activities leading to the improvement of the health status of the contracting party's insured persons, who are employees of companies (hereinafter referred to as the "organization"), with which the contracting party (hereinafter also referred to as "ÄPZP") and the selected supplier will enter into tripartite agreements on the provision of a financial contribution for the payment of rehabilitation and reconditioning activities, a sample of which is included in Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation.

registered payable and unpaid liability towards ÄPZP pursuant to Act No. 592/1992 Coll., on premiums for public health insurance, as amended later ones regulations;
of some related laws, as amended, if it is a ÄPZP insured person who applied to the ÄPZP to ensure paid health care a ÄPZP did not provide this care within the time limits set by Act No. 48/1997 Coll., on public health insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended;
