Description of the contract: The predetermination is the services of the project manager (the construction of the construction) described in the award documentation, which will be implemented in connection with project work and implementation of an apartment building on land p. 306 and 307, cadastrals Zbraslav address Elisky premyslovna c.p. 437, 156 00 Prague-Zbraslav. The contracting authority at the same time predetermined the value of the prohibition on the construction of the construction in the scope of project work and the construction of an apartment building at 60.000.000,- CZK without VAT. Construction (both project work and own exhibition) will be implemented in accordance with contractual conditions for technologic devices and designing electrical and machine-technology and terrestrial and investigated buildings by the designed contractors, (Fidic yellow book) first (1) publication 1999 .
