Description: The subject of the contract is the services of the project manager (construction manager) described in the tender documentation, which will be implemented in connection with project work and construction of the apartment building on land no. 306 and 307, cadastral territory Zbraslav, municipality Prague, at Eliška Přemyslovny č.p. 437, 156 00 Prague-Zbraslav. The contracting authority currently assumes the value of the contract for the construction of the construction in the extent of project work and the construction of an apartment building in the amount of CZK 60,000,000 without VAT. The construction (both project work and its own construction) will be implemented in accordance with the contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and design-electrical construction and machinery and technological work and building and engineering buildings designed by the contractor, (Fidic yellow book) first (1st) edition 1999 , published by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers, Czech Translation Cace 2015.
