Description: The subject of the public contract is the construction of an apartment building object, which is designed on a simple rectangular floor plan 33.4x12 m, the height of the building is about 16.55 m. The building has 5 above-ground floors and is not basement. Thus, it is a simple block, in which the southwest facade is "carved" of the loggia of individual apartments. The one of the house is disturbed by cornices located at the level of individual ceilings and a distinctive plaster on the ground floor.
There are 16 housing units in the building. There are common areas of the house (technical room, bicycle storage room and cleaning chamber) and other storage facilities. On each floor, 4 housing units are designed on each floor on each floor (2nd floor, 3rd NP, 4. NP). Apartments are identical on the floors.
