- The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new road and engineering networks in the location of Pod Strani, Albrechtice nad Orlici.
Traffic service for site Z3 is provided by a set of roads of functional subgroup Dl in the scope
according to the situational drawings. The location is designed as calm with mixedby the operation of the Residential
Zone character. The access road - Route A1 - is designed with a basic width of 3.50 m with two switches, at the point of connection to road II/305 with a width of 6.50 m. The existing unpaved road is also connected from this road. Roads in the residential zone: Routes A2, B, D and E - are designed in the baseIt is 5.50 m wide. Routes C and F - 3.50 m wide. All roads are designed with a bituminous cover, except for the road in Route C, which is paved. Along the roads in the residential zone there are 19 parking spaces and two spaces for vehicles of people with limited mobility. A total of 21 parking spaces for oso are proposedrumbling vehicles. For the parking of vehicles, a minimum of 2 parking spaces (including a garage space) are assumed for each residential building on its property. The parking areas are designed with a paved cover.
Water supply and sewerage - the project deals with the construction of water supply and sewerage for future water supply and sewage disposalh of water from the proposed construction of 20 RD (family houses). The networks will be connected to the existing water supply and sewage system for public use, which are located on the north and east side of the site of interest Z 3. Their operator is Aqua Servis, a.s. Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
Public lighting will be connected to stcovering public lighting distribution in the existing Tyršova, Poštovni and Května streets.
Electronic communication networks - provided by the supplier selected by the investor incl. their connection to existing networks, which will also ensure the implementation of its lines.the investor and owner of the new distribution cable lines and equipment will be ČEZ Distribuce, a. s., which will secure the documentation for the construction and, subsequently, the construction of new cable lines and the transition of existing lines. - Documents :
