- The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter also referred to as "VZ") is the provision of retraining in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended, for applicants and those interested in employment. Retraining will be carried out on the basis of Framework Agreements concluded with only one supplier for eachpart of the public contract (specified in Chapter 2 Basic information on the subject of the contract and general technical conditions and in Annex No. 8 Specifications and technical conditions).
VZ is divided into 15 parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ. Pursuant to § 101 paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ, suppliers may submit one or several offersor for all parts of the VZ (for the avoidance of doubt, the supplier may submit a bid for only one part or may submit several bids for different parts or may submit bids for all parts of the VZ).
