- The subject of the public contract "Repositioning of the railway line in the section Stochov - Nove Strašeci" is:
a) Preparation of project documentation for a building permit, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the construction procedure, obtain a valid building permit, including notificationby an authorized person, ensuring the performance of the Author's supervision during construction and the activities of the OSH coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. Coll., ZAct on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act), as amended, including all required documents, which will result in the issuance of a building permit. The contractor will cooperate in issuing the relevant decisions until they become legally binding (in the case of submitting an incomplete application, interrupt(c) Production of project documentation for the implementation of the construction, which elaborates and defines the requirements for the construction in details that specify the subject of the Work to such an extent that it is the basis for the tendering process for donei stavby.
