- The subject of the public contract is the replacement of windows and doors of the inner shell, including their installation and dismantling of existing windows and doors in the building at Milady Horakove 220/139, Prague 6.
This is an administrative building of the Ministry of Culture, which has 3 above-ground floors and a basement. The solved object writes themn in the list of immovable cultural monuments.
The windows and doors will be made of the same type of material from which the existing windows and doors are made, i.e. pine.
The client also requires windows that meet the thermal transmittance value at the maximum value of the heat transmittance coefficient Uw = 1 ,1 (W/m2.K) afurthermore, the static and physical requirements for new windows in terms of the currently valid ČSN.
The subject of the public contract will be carried out in accordance with: Project documentation;
ii. A binding opinion and
iii. By agreeing to the implementation of the announced construction plan.
The subject of the performance of the public order is also spespecified in the draft contract for the work, which forms Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation.
Part of the scope of performance is further:
a) Production of continuous photo documentation of the execution of the work and handing it over to the Client on an electronic data medium,
b) setting and adjustment of the windows for the duration of the warranty period,
c) creation ofdifferent work progress schedule (Article II, paragraph 6 of the draft contract).
