Description:
The subject of the public contract is the exchange (dismantling) of existing heating cost indicators (ITN) for new ITN (delivery and installation) with remote reading and the exchange (dismantling) of existing residential secondary water meters for direct reading of cold and hot water with new water meters (delivery and installation ) with remote reading.
The parameters required by the contracting authority are listed in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
The subject of the contract is also the establishment and delivery of a system for remote reading and visualization of meter data, including cost accounting and related services. The goal is to create a unified system for remote readings of individual meditions in buildings owned by the statutory city of Ostrava, entrusted to the municipal district of Moravska Ostrava and Přivoz.
The public contract will be conceived as a gradual supply on a "turnkey" basis, where the subject of the contract will be the design, construction (delivery, installation, configuration) and operation of the relevant hardware and software andcommunication infrastructure enabling remote online readings of meter values in objects, including ensuring all necessary maintenance, repairs, replacements and servicing of the subject of the contract and its individual components.
