• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for an indefinite period, the subject of which is: - delivery of a package solution of an application for processing travel orders; - carrying out its implementation and integration into the information system of the contracting authority incl. providing related performance (collectively, the “CP Application”); - provision of authorization to use the CP Application, i.e. provision of the necessary licenses/sub-licenses; - providing related support to the CP Application. Detailed definition of the subject of public contract performance, including technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is stated in Annex No. 1 of the main document of the tender documentation - "Business terms and conditions" (hereinafter also referred to as "HDZD" and "OP"), of which its annexes are an integral part, for more details see Article 6 point 6.3 of the HDZD.
