- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is construction modifications consisting in the replacement of existing fillings of construction openings of the perimeter shell of the NdB headquarters building in order to reduce the energy demand of the building. This is the replacement of windows and part of the entrance door in total 127 pcs. The existing simple windows made of solid wood glazed with double glazing will be replaced by products made of glued wooden profiles with all-round fittings with glazing with insulating triple glazing Ug min. 0.7 W/m²·K. Value of the entire window Uw min 0.9 W/m²·K. In the street queue there are steel grills on the windows on the 1st floor. These will be refurbished and installed back. The new entrance doors marked "D1" and "D2" will be equipped with hardware according to ČSN EN 179, or a solution where the door in the direction of escape will be non-lockable. Construction work
