Description:
The subject of the full public order is the construction work connecting the complete replacement of window inserts in the perimeter slab of the 1st and 2nd above-ground floors of building B1 and the 1st above-ground floor of building B1/7. The essence of changing windows is thus related construction work. The buildings are located in the former factory complex of Baovch zvod in Zln. A detailed description of the subject matter and technical conditions for the fulfillment of the public order is defined in the project documentation at the construction stage, prepared for the client by the company K-ING, projektion a dozorve staveb, s.r.o. in 09/2025. The actual scope of the subject of the work is specified in the semi-annual distribution that forms the plot. 1 of the contract for the due date and the contractor's offer. The basis for the preparation of offers is the partial budget, project documentation and other documents, which are an integral part of this assignment documentation. All construction works will be carried out within the terms and times set after agreement with the appointed representative of the investor. Due to the non-stop operation of the building, it is necessary to pay attention to safety and caution. Equal pay, obligation to perform demolition and noise work during the five-hour period in agreement with the German employees of buildings B1 and B1/7. The buildings are not immovable cultural monuments, but can be found in monuments.
