Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of two contracts for:
1) dismantling of existing meters, supply and installation of meters with radio transmission, which will be installed on heating elements in individual apartments and non-residential premises; dismantling of existing water meters, supply and installation of water meters with radio transmission, ktere will be installed on the water distribution in the installation shaft of residential and non-residential units; delivery, assembly and insertion of residential water meters for cold water with radio transmission, which will be installed on the existing water distribution systems of apartment buildings, including construction modifications. Assembly of data buses and their commissioningfor remote reading.

2) automatic remote reading of ITN and water meters of an apartment or non-residential space using data buses, which must meet the requirements of the European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2018/2002 of December 11, 2018, amending Directive 2012/27/ EU on energy efficiency (EED directive). Manage the read data stored on the cloud account and ensure that it is made available to the customer and individual users of apartments and non-residential premises on these cloud accounts, including ensuring the protection of personal data of users of apartments and non-residential premises in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
