Description:
The subject of the public contract "Compensation of crossing P284 at km 71.756 line Prague Smichov - Plzeň hl.n." is:
a) Making the project project according to the document of the MD "Rules of Preparation and Implementation of Transport Infrastructure Actions funded by the State Fund of Transport Infrastructure", ref.: MD-46506/2024-910/1, 08/2024 (hereinafter referred to asjust "MD rules").
b) Making the accompanying documentation to ZP, which will be processed according to the requirements specified in the ZTP.
c) Making the project documentation for authorizing the construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent that it can be discussed in proceedings on permitintention, obtain a final authorization of the project (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the notified entity in the stageon the construction site and maintenance manual.
