• Description:
• The subject of this Public Contract is the delivery and replacement of the air conditioning system in the TJ Slavia sports hall, as well as related construction activities and other services specified in the appendices of this procurement documentation. The air conditioning system will be changed in the premises the main sports hall, where the playing area is located. The subject is not the auditorium and other secondary areas of the hall and the administrative part of the TJ Slavia building. The task of VZT is to ensure ventilation and heat recovery from waste air for the current building condition of the hall. Concept ventilation of the building: the playing area consisting of 6 courts will be ventilated with the help of two air-conditioning units located in the technical background. Part of the Public procurement subject is also: - execution of related construction activities defined in the project documentation, in particular, all penetrations for the routes of air ducts and coolant distribution, back-filling of penetrations for air-conditioning equipment, execution of linings, execution of fire protection seals according to the requirements of PBŘ, provision of space for installation, maintenance and service air-conditioning and air-conditioning equipment, including fire dampers and fire wall grids; - Implementation of activities related to heating, especially connection to existing heating distribution systems in the HVAC machine rooms, reconstruction of the heating distribution system in the necessary section, installation of mixing nodes of larger heat exchangers, connection of heating and preheating, installation of electric/water heaters for air conditioning systems, installation of necessary protections (e.g. against freezing) and processing of...
