- The subject of the public contract is to make the work consisting in the elaboration of the project documentation necessary to implement the event “PN Brno - reconstruction and extension of the pavilion R” (hereinafter referred to as the construction), with the details and specifications given in the “architectural study PN Brno - proposal for reconstruction and extension of the pavilion” 22 "(R)" or other related acts for performing the work (hereinafter referred to as the "Work") of February 2024. The subject of the work under this contract is the processing or provision of these parts of the work and services: A. Project documentation (hereinafter also "PD") for permitting the construction and carrying out the construction. B. performance related to engineering-investment activities. C. Performance of the author's supervision of the construction until the final building decision is issued. D. Provision of exclusive and unlimited licenses for authorial work - to the extent specified in Article 3 of this Agreement. E. Cooperance in the selection of the contractor of the building.
