- The subject of the public contract is construction work for the purpose of repairing 16 vacant apartments (unoccupied by tenants) located in ten apartment buildings, namely in the entrances no. 446 and no. 447 Sedlačkova Street, no. 826 Bartoňova Street, no. 947 and no. 959 J. Zajice Street, no. 1013-1014 E. Košťala Street, no. 1016-1017 ul. E. Košťala, no. 1618 and no. 1689 Češkova Street, no. 2731 Sokolovska Street in the territory of the city of Pardubice - in the parts of Polabina, Studanka and Zelena Předměsti. Repairs will be made within the scope of these PDs. This is mainly a complete replacement of the housing core, selected fillings of openings, floor coverings and tiles, furnishings, distribution of medical equipment and electrical installation, plastering and painting repairs, daily cleaning of the workplace and all common areas of the house affected by the construction, as well as the execution of prescribed tests and revisions.
