Description: As part of the construction work, 8 vacant flats (unoccupied by tenants) located in three apartment buildings will be repaired, in no. 97 K Rozvodně Street, no. 430-432 ul. Brožíkova and no. 447 Sedláčkova Street in the city of Pardubice - in the parts of Cihelna and Polabiny. A separate project documentation is prepared for the repairs of each apartment unit. It is mainly a complete replacement of the housing core, selected fillings of openings, floor coverings and tiling, fixtures, plumbing and wiring, repair of plaster and painting, daily cleaning of the workplace and all common areas of the house affected by the construction, revisions.
