- Repairs of housing units - 16th stage
Description of the contract: As part of the construction work, 8 vacant flats (unoccupied by tenants) located in three apartment buildings will be repaired, namely in c.p. 97 ul. K Rozvodne, c.p. 430-432 ul. Brožikova and c.p. 447 Sedlackova Street on the territory of the city of Pardubice - in the parts of Cihelna and Polabiny. A separate project documentation is prepared for the repairs of each apartment unit. This includes, in particular, the complete replacement of the apartment core, selected fillings of openings, floor coverings and tiling, fixtures, plumbing and wiring, plaster repairs and painting, daily cleaning of the workplace and all common areas of the house affected by construction, as well as revisions.
