- Repairs of residential units - 22nd stage
Description of the contract: The subject of the public contract is construction work for the purpose of repairing 7 vacant apartments (unoccupied by tenants) located in six apartment buildings, namely in the entrances of c.p. 97 K Rozvodne Street, c.p. 162 Ohrazenicka Street, c.p. 181 Mladych Street, c.p. 430 Brožiko Streetva, c.p. 1651 ul. Nerudova and c.p. 1835 ul. nabreži Zavodu miru on the territory of the city of Pardubice - in the parts of Cihelna, Polabiny and Zelene Predmesti. Separate project documentation is prepared for the repair of each apartment unit. Repairs will be made within the scope of these PDs. One is a complete replacement bof the living core, selected filling of openings, floor coverings and coverings, furnishing items, distribution of medical equipment and electrical installations, repair of plastering and painting, daily cleanliness of the workplace and all common areas of the house affected by the construction, as well as the performance of prescribed tests and revisions.
