Description: As part of the construction work, 8 vacant flats (unoccupied by tenants) located in five apartment buildings will be repaired, in no. 301 Sluneční Street, no. 379 Bělehradská Street, no. 381 Gagarinova Street, no. 826 ul. Bartoňova and no. 947 J. Zajíce Street in the city of Pardubice - in the parts of Polabina and Dubina. A separate project documentation is prepared for the repairs of each apartment unit. It is mainly a complete replacement of the housing core, selected fillings of openings, floor coverings and tiling, fixtures, plumbing and wiring, repair of plaster and painting, daily cleaning of the workplace and all common areas of the house affected by the construction, revisions.
