- (1) The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of complete services related to the servicing and repairs of the contractor's company vehicles, which are located on the territory of the Czech Republic in the regions of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region, i.e. the provision or provision of: • complete serviceservices, i.e. regular service inspections prescribed by the vehicle manufacturer, including entries in the vehicle service book, • warranty and post-warranty repairs including the delivery of spare parts (especially repairs caused by an accident or breakdown), • towing of a non-roadworthy vehicle in the territory of the Czech Republic, • tire inspection • operationrelated to the liquidation of insurance claims caused by the operation of the client's company vehicle, • other service work required by the client (measurement of emissions, preparation of vehicles for successful completion of MOT and ensuring the completion of MOT, etc.), • diagnostics of vehicles on diagnostic devicesguaranteed by the vehicle manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "service services"), based on unit prices for
